How does online math tutoring work at Brainster?

Your child meets their dedicated tutor in a live video session, similar to a video call but in a shared digital classroom with interactive tools. The tutor can see your child's work in real time, answer questions as they arise, and demonstrate concepts on a shared whiteboard. Sessions are weekly, supported by daily practice activities and printed workbooks between classes.

What grades do you cover?

How does the enrollment process work?

Enrollment begins with a brief questionnaire to determine your child’s skill level. Once the appropriate level is assigned, you complete the enrollment, the learning package is shipped, and classes commence.

How is the program structured?

The program is divided into levels, with each level taking about 4 months to complete. This allows enough time to master key concepts through a gradual, step-by-step approach that promotes long-term learning.

How often do students receive new materials?

Materials are shipped every 2 months, keeping the learning experience fresh and engaging. Each shipment includes a mix of reading passages, writing prompts, and interactive activities aligned with the level your child is working on.

Is this program designed for reading or writing?

Both! Brainster English builds a strong foundation in reading and develops confident writers through regular, structured practice. The two skills are closely connected in our program and taught side-by-side for better retention.
