Ramesh Mantha has about 2 decades of experience as a senior derivatives trader at BNP Paribas and Goldman Sachs in the US and Europe. He has a long track record of generating revenue and building trading technology infrastructure at global financial institutions. He has worked with major asset managers and insurance companies globally to develop innovative financial products and hedging solutions. Previously, he was a Partner at Millstone Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on private lending. In that role, he co-founded Carecentric 360, a patient finance company. He is currently the founder and CEO of Brainster Learning Inc., an Edtech company, and Brainmage AI Inc. Ramesh holds a B.Tech from IIT Madras
